Health education is my passion. I am intrigued at how the body works and functions, especially in the areas of nutrition and fitness. With knowledge comes power; power to change the mind and the body and live your life. I have worked for over 14 years as a health educator at the middle school level. I have encouraged students, staff and families to get healthy through challenges, family events and classes. As a Health Educator, I aim to help people of all ages achieve their health goals. Whether it be losing weight, eliminating the need for medications, feeling mentally healthy or having the willpower to break unhealthy habits, I am here to help motivate and inspire you to be your best!

I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. My whole life I have been involved in sports and fitness. I knew growing up I wanted to do something that involved helping other particularly through health and wellness. That is why I went to school for Kinesiology. While in school I worked with the football team in the athletic training room. I also worked in the Body Shop, which was one of the gyms on campus. Once I graduated I worked at a physical therapy office, but I knew I wanted to pursue my passion for fitness and motivating others. That is when I decided to take a job position as a chiropractic assistant, because they expressed my growth with them to be primarily instructing exercises to there patients. I am now a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
